Scheduling and Payment

Insurance Accepted & Payment Options

I currently accept the following insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), BCN (Blue Care Network), Priority Health, and Aetna.

For clients using insurance, coverage will depend on your specific plan, including factors like deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your benefits, including what services are covered and any out-of-pocket costs you may incur. Payment for any portion not covered by your insurance plan is your responsibility.

For out-of-pocket payments, I accept cash, credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

If you do not have one of the listed insurance plans, I am happy to provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits. If you’re unsure how to navigate this process, I’m available to assist and answer any questions.

For those who choose not to use insurance, self-pay options are available. Please contact me for details about session rates and payment arrangements.

Cancellations Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time to avoid a cancellation fee, which will be the same as the cost of the session. This policy helps us make the best use of the time God has given us and allows us to help all of our clients on time. Your commitment to your sessions shows your dedication to the healing work God is doing in your life, and we appreciate your cooperation.
